Lovely place to stop for a quick bite, nice selection of sandwiches, toasties, and ciabinis as well as other options. Great choice of tasty cakes, loved the gooey brownie and the coffee and walnut cake. Good soft and hot drink options. Would definitely visit again.

The Deepings NWR ladies descended on the cafe yesterday following a marvellous tour of Crowland Abbey. What a warm welcome we received despite being slightly late for our booked tables. This is a lovely asset to the town, such a friendly place with delicious cakes and meals and excellent coffee. Everyone was delighted with the cafe, service and food. Thanks very much to The Old Paper Shop. We shall be back.

I was passing through Crowland as part of a cycle ride from Cambridge to Lincoln, I first noticed the cafe because there were a lot of bikes outside, I was feeling peckish so decided to go in. The reason for the bikes was that a group of 10 or so cyclists were inside eating scones. I ordered beans on toast and a hot chocolate, the service was really friendly and really quick. I also got a banana cake wrapped up to take away. The food was great, the service quick but personal and the cafe was clean and tidy. I think it was just a coincidence that there were cyclists in when I was passing and I'd highly recommend this place whether you're on two wheels or not.

Visited with my 3 year old recently. Have just moved to Crowland and was keen to try out the local cafes. This did not disappoint. Clean and nicely presented interior, friendly staff and a good choice of food/ drinks at reasonable prices. 3 year old loved her milkshake!! Will definitely visit again.

Lovely little cafe

We went in as an add hock stop to crowland. We will be visiting again as it looks like a nice place for a visit. And now we know a fantastic cafe to visit. Food was very nice and good quality. Definitely not a fast food cafe but a quality one. Which I think is more important. It was also nice that you could sit and chat and not been rushed. Food portions are a good size infact we had to share a cream tea after two soups and sandwiches.

There were a few more coffee shops in Crowland. Sadly, they weren't around for very long. The Old Paper Shop has been around for a number of years. They serves delicious cakes and sandwiches. I've visited there on multiple occasions in the past. Unfortunately this time I was unaware that they are closed on Good Friday. After making the trip, I found out it was closed. I'll give it another go.

This is the best cafe in the area. The food is outstandingly fresh and service very helpful and friendly. Will revisit again when in the village
